Simplex 4100 Fui Manual

  1. Simplex Model 4100

Finally. The Simplex 4100U voice panel is complete!!!! If you may notice, there are more than an average amount of speaker/strobes and other devices in my room. This is because I am an EXTREMELY heavy sleeper!!! As they always say, the more the notification appliances the better and louder!

As you may have noticed there is a new smoke detector, new pull stations that are IDNet devices and 4906-9127s that have been added to NAC 2 on the SPS in the 4100ES panel One location is the I-Beam support pole and the other is now the garage. The 4009-9201 NAC extender has been relocated too. There are a ton of exit signs in my room too.

Again, that's because i'm a heavy sleeper and sometimes can't see very clearly after waking up. Lastly, on the 4100ES which controls the garage and basement, the SQALERT software programmed circuit is connected to the 4906-9127s and 4906-9101s they are the ones with the strobe light near the bottom and fire written under the light and they are programmed and operate/function like the school I go to. Which means that the horn is coded to temporal. The horns stop and the strobe remains flashing when I press the ALARM SILENCE key. The strobes stop flashing on that circuit when the LCD screen says 'NO ALARMS PRESENT SYSTEM RESET COMPLETE'.

All of the other signals in the basement with the strobe light either on the top or right hand side of the device are programmed to turn off the strobe and the horn all together when the ALARM SILENCE key is pressed. The 4100U system has all the devices programmed for horns/tones/voice off on silence and strobes flashing until the LCD screen says 'NO ALARMS PRESENT SYSTEM RESET COMPLETE'.

With that said, Enjoy!!!!
