Refrigerant Air Dryers The most economical way to dry compressed air to a pressure dew point of 3 ºC is to use a refrigerant air dryer. A dew point of 3 ºC means that no water vapor will condensate as long as the temperature remains above 3 C. For tropical countries it is however adviced to oversize the dryer to compensate for the higher compressed air temperature and the high humidity. Conversion factors are shown in the brochures. KAESER Refrigerant Air Dryers using R-134A, non CFC’s refrigerant and are equipped with an electronic condense water draining system, which is much more reliable than the often used floater drains.

SECOTEC® Refrigeration Dryers Technical specification Series: TA5 up to TF201 Flow rate: 0.6 to 20.3 m³/min. Compressed air contains water in the form of vapour. Cooling the air by means of a refrigeration dryer causes the majority of this moisture to precipitate out as condensate. The dried air then has a pressure dewpoint of about +3°C. Kaeser Secotec® dryers condense and remove moisture before it attacks your system. These reliable dryers feature the energy saving Secotec®cycling control. Secotec® dryers operate the refrigerant compressor only when necessary by using a thermal storage medium.

The refrigerant compressor cools the medium to a predetermined temperature and then cuts off, allowing the medium to cool the air and condense the water vapor. KAESER SECOTEC® refrigeration dryers are equipped with the energy saving SECOTEC® on/off control. High grade, reliable components and electrical equipment to EN 60204 ensure the quality of the KAESER SECOTEC® refrigeration dryers.

Energy-Saving Refrigeration Dryers Technical specification Models: TG 241 to TI 901 Flow rates: 24.2 to 90 m³/min. The innovative energy-saving system During the design and development of these energy-saving dryers the only question in the minds of the engineers was, 'How can we reduce the power consumption of such large refrigeration dryers even further and still improve reliability and user-friendliness at the same time?' KAESER's energy-saving concept has provided the answer.

If anything, that's a disservice to the Jetta, which feels far roomier than any flights we've taken recently. But for much of its history, the Jetta appealed to buyers with its upscale design, refined cabin and strong engine options. 2017 volkswagen jetta tdi transmission repair manual. We're not sure about comparing the cabin and performance of this compact sedan to a Boeing, though.

The new range of dryers employ a highly energy-efficient refrigerant compressor and are far more thrifty than conventional refrigerant dryers of the same capacity. The optional pre-fitted microfilter reduces installation costs.

savings in energy costs compared with conventional dryers that use hot gas bypass control. additional energy savings from the timer, fitted as standard. Super-efficient refrigerant compressor. A simple to use energy management monitor with continuous display of pressure dew point, shows actual savings compared with a hot gas bypass controlled machine.

Optional FE microfilter for condensing oil vapours to aerosols. Optional electronic filter monitor and Monitorbox monitoring filtration and separation functions. Desiccant Air Dryers Compressed air dried to dewpoints from - 20 to -70°C is often needed as process air, for frost-prone areas or in sensitive industries such as electronics, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and brewing.

Such high degrees of moisture removal are easily achieved by KAESER's series DC desiccant dryers. The wide range available allows selection of the best-suited and most economical model to for the volume and pressure of air to be dried. Fine tuning for optimum results is carried out on site during installation and can be adjusted at any time. Desiccant Dryers Series: DC Flow rate: 0.15 to 154m³/min Pressure dewpoint: down to -70 °C.
