By Albert Lau on 03/14/02 16:06 PM (PST) Vehicle 1998 Lexus GS 400 4dr Sedan Review Got this car about one year ago, used with 72000km. I used to drive an manual RX-7. The GS400 is not as fast, of course, but close. It is one of the fastest automatic four-door sedan you can buy.
I think only the Mercedes E55 and C32 AMG cars are faster. Rear wheel drive is not bad at all because the skid control corrects any mistakes. I use winter tires and the snow driving mode in Toronto's snow and got no problem at all.
Best car I have had. Best Features Engine!!! Sound system, sound insulation, headlights, the three driving mode (normal, power, snow). Worst Features A choice of aluminum trim instead of wood.
Seats with more side support to hold me steady when turning at speed.
